Speaker 1:

Well, hello there. This is Living, your Success 24-7, with Michael Caine, with the K-A-N-E. How are you all doing? Worldwide, whatever country, continent, city, county, wherever parish or location you are, I hope you're doing well. I've been on hiatus for a little while, so coming back, I'm back, michael's back back. Okay, I won't sing. So how are y'all doing? It's been a quick it's March already January, february. Wow, it's just zooming, zooming, zooming, zooming through on.

Speaker 1:

So what I've learned so far about 2025 is definitely and I knew this before, it's just validated you have to be proactive in your life to reap rewards, benefits, financial security. You have to take decisive action and not wait for anyone to hand it to you, deliver it to you, and that's easier said than done. Is life easy? No, no, it's not. It's not impossible either, and I know a lot of people have endured hardships, challenges, from A to Z, so I don't say that lightly. My point is is not to give up. The point is just to direct your own path. Yes, in baby steps. Yeah, baby steps. Baby step one, baby step two, baby step one is actually dealing with your mind and the psychology.

Speaker 1:

What's in your head? What do you value? What do you believe in? Do you believe that you can win, that you can win the game, at least sometimes, right? So I was thinking, oh, that could be dangerous. Huh, I was thinking of a sentence, or two A sentence If I had blank, I could do blank, blank, blank.

Speaker 1:

Now let me give you an example If I had enough money, I could buy that house, I could buy that car, I could pay for an education, I could travel around the world, I would be more healthy. What would you say if I had blank? I could do, or be blank, blank. Now, don't wait for the lottery to come in and God to drop a pirate's load of gold bullion down your chimney like Santa Claus delivering presents. If you wait for that, you may be doomed. I know that's harsh, but yeah, if you don't take action, just wait for life to happen to you, then you give up your power, your juice.

Speaker 1:

So can you control everything, but control what you can't control? You can control you, how you think of things and the actions you take, the plans you make, and be open to learning. So, hey, I don't think anyone, I don't care how much money or fame a celebrity, a person is, I don't think anyone really reaches the end of that road. It's a journey. I don't think it's a destination. I think as long as you're alive it's a journey. I think it's as long as your life it's a journey.

Speaker 1:

Things you're trying to improve, people just because they have a billion dollars or whatever they have or whatever it is you want, doesn't mean they're better than you. They're not. Maybe more focused and disciplined and straight on in terms of what they want out of life. Now, that's what you can control. What do you want out of life? Now? That's what you can control. What do you want out of life? If I had blank, I could do blank, blank.

Speaker 1:

See, is that lack of action more so than just anything else, waiting to be perfect? Well, you know people that try to do that perfect thing. They miss out and lose out. They're done, I know they're done. You know they don't take action. A lot of them just waiting for this perfect day. We're waiting for this perfect weather, waiting for this perfect opportunity. And what if it takes 30 years to come? You want to be old and you know and maybe that happened to you I have both feet in. I have both my feet, one in one area that, as far as man wish I started earlier. The other wish I took some action earlier, or inaction, depending on what it is.

Speaker 1:

So. Who are you? Depending on what it is so? Who are you? Who do you wanna be? Whatever those questions pertain to, whatever age you are. And so when do I direct my energies to? Is what you should be saying to yourself Am I betting on the wrong pony? Should I choose another horse here to win my race of life? The game of life, hoppler board game? The game of life? Start wherever you Are now, can't go back in the past. And another thing is you gotta do you Be you. It's good to emulate and to Be some good things that you see of other people you would like to be like, but you got to be you. It's got to be natural to you, which I've been thinking about my own personal brand and defining what that is.

Speaker 1:

I'm retooling right now to make sure and it's okay to retool you can have a plan and say, wow, that's not working. Maybe you have to tweak that plan. It's not working. It's working okay, it's on so-so, but it's not giving me the absolute results I want. Well, you got to define who you are, what aura you want to push out what image you want to push out, what perceptions you want to put out. And I'm retooling myself that way too, and it's good to readjust when you see there's some room for improvement. Always give yourself some wiggle room and not have an ego that, oh, there's some areas I can improve on. Everybody can improve on something. Everybody can improve on something. So what do you? How do you see yourself in one year, five years and 10 years, even 20? Go beyond that if you want. Some people actually plan that long. So it's important to define who we are and who we want to be, and it's a gap in between what we desire and what we accomplish. So you got to bridge that gap and what we accomplish. So you got to bridge that gap.

Speaker 1:

So what's your personal brand? What do you stand for? What are your values? What do you think about yourself? How do you think others perceive you? I was thinking of, okay, what's mine? I'm going, I'm. I say, oh, this is Michael Caine, your online coach, your, your support system. I can, you know, you can call yourself whatever, but be true to what you're trying to shape and form and strive to. And so, anyway, so work on some homework here. Who are you? What's your personal brand? What do you want to accomplish on a personal level and a professional level, business level? Where do you want to be? What do you want to do?

Speaker 1:

We already talked about intentionality on quite a few podcasts, and you can't escape that. You can't do it by accident. If you do, the results may not be what you're looking for and you may not end up with the desired results. So our homework is to establish A personal brain, or tweak it If you already have one and it's not working as well as you would like. But things take time. So you may have gotten on to something, a goal, you know, a gold bar of a personal brand, but it just takes more time and effort and maybe tweaking. So it may not be a failure. Maybe it is, maybe it's not. But if you do fail at something, get back up and study it, research it, analyze it, so you're not doomed to repeat what didn't work.

Speaker 1:

And so this episode, I would say, is about you. It's about yourself, not about anyone else. Who you're helping, who these other people are family, friends, enemies, frenemies it's about you. So spend a little time on yourself and get that I'm archaic get that little pen, pencil and paper out, or you need to put it on Word, put it on your Google Docs or whatever it is. Whatever's good for you.

Speaker 1:

However, you do it and write your thoughts down, brainstorm with yourself and meditate and pray, if you want, and just create something you're proud of, create that persona that is you and not a carbon copy of someone else. It's good to emulate greatness. It's fine, like, if you're a boxer, you look at Muhammad Ali, mike Tyson, right? You look at the greats George Foreman, frazier, all those guys If you're a boxer, and say, huh, let me take a little piece of this from them and make it my own, you know. And so, within reason, obviously, you know again, be a carbon copy, because they can just get their original.

Speaker 1:

Why would someone want to substitute so just getting ideas and brainstorming by looking out who's successful in your field, whatever that is out, who's successful in your field, whatever that is, and so I think you'll be all right. Why? Because, if you think so, right, remember, take care of your health, because without that health, the other stuff don't matter. It's a whole nother podcast about health, but I just wanted to say that when I have opportunity, and so I wish you all. Well, obviously, I don't know you by name. You have my name, I don't have your name, so, but just keep striving, keep pushing and moving forward and create your plan, your personal brand plan, and we'll follow up with personal brand and you know what brands are.

Speaker 1:

Let's go back for a moment, in case you question what is a brand? Well, you got Amazon is a brand. Mcdonald's, best Buy, coach, louis Vuitton, lamborghini, ford OK, these are all brands. Ok. Cornflakes, ok, and when you hear the name, you know what their product is, because that's how strong a brand is. You know when you hear Coach, well, it's pocketbook purses, right, okay. You hear Amazon, biggest online store. You know what Walmart. When you hear that, what they do. So you get the idea. Mercedes, okay, you get that luxury car and Kleenex is a tissue. So you want to create you. So that's your homework. That's your homework for now and it's ongoing. So develop your personal brand in what you stand for.

Speaker 1:

When people hear your name, oh, that's that person that does this, that's that lady that does that. When, as soon as they hear the name of the company or personal name of that person, they know, they know immediately. They attach it to something that they experienced or observed. So I need you to do the same. Guess what? I'm joining you, I'm retooling, I'm enhancing, because I'm not totally happy with the results right now. So I need to define, redefine and strengthen those areas that I need to and abandon those areas that I need to abandon. Anyway, I hope you had a good learning experience, and so I will see you. I'll see you. I don't see you. You will hear me soon. Okay? Please subscribe. If not, share with family friends.
